Harrisons has lost touch with reality. There is way to much info. I guess thats why they call it a reference text. But honestly how does this help the practicing physician? Current 2025 book explains the basics and then some.
I’m a retired MD and have had these updated annual books for years. They are mostly for medical people, but other interested persons might benefit. They are cheap for what is delivered!
