This is a review of the published literature showing options for repurposed drugs that can be used in cancer treatment. It is not intended as a stand-alone guide to treating cancer. The goal is to provide a well-researched clearinghouse of information that picks up where traditional cancer therapies leave off. Providers caring for cancer patients can use this information to think creatively about readily available interventions, with science to back up their efficacy, that could improve their patients’ outcomes. The second edition of Cancer Care expands on the concepts of the first edition.

This book has a lot of good information on cancer and what you can do for yourself as a cancer patient. I think this is a must have for anyone facing any type of cancer. As a retired RN, I highly recommend it.

This book has over 70/220 pages of references from scientific/medical/research journals and papers. So proud of all of the additional research you have done to encourage to present safe, affordable, effective, and accessible treatments for our world these days. Dr. Merrick is my hero as he is a Frontline doctor in the US, Europe and Africa, and he is one of the most published and sited critical care doctors in the world. Thank you Dr. PAUL E MARIK MD, FCCM, FCCP for continuing your passion of advocating for humanity and doing what you do best with research, and saving lives as a priority ❤️

An important addition for the healthcare practitioner, to be used as part of a holistic treatment plan for patients with cancer. Gets into the biochemistry of each drug and metabolic intervention and why certain drugs have shown to be effective targeting different groups of cancers. This second edition will likely sell out as fast or even faster than the first edition.

While Dr. Marik was researching/writing this book, he shared some of his findings in the FLCCC webinars, such as the value of intermittent fasting and light therapy. My impression of him in the several years that I have followed his work is that he is clearly evidence based and patient focused. I respect him a great deal. I am very glad to have bought this book to add to our medical library and recommend it to others.
